In response to the global COVID-19 pandemic, iProcess provided crucial support of an initiative aimed at supporting the rapid deployment and expansion of SARS-CoV-2 serological and other immunological testing. The initiative sought to mobilize collaborative efforts to collect blood from SARS-CoV-2 infected and vaccinated individuals to address key immunological questions and advance testing capabilities.

Challenges & Solutions

Challenge: Slow participant enrollment due to vaccine hesitancy.
Solution: Create effective recruitment material, creative recruitment strategies, and support sites in hosting community events to educate the public on the importance of continued vaccination.
Challenge: Limited COVID-19 testing resources available to the general public.
Solution: Provide sites with testing resources to provide potential participants free of charge.
